Eel-eating day

It is traditionally the eel-eating day of a year. I was hoping to get one but it was very expensive. The best eel (broiled and seasoned) was over 4500 yen!

It's summer!

The rainy season is over and it became very very hot. Thunderclouds in the blue sky, buzzing cicadas, children off the school, There is every thing of the season in Japan.

Tanabata Festival

Colorful ornament for the Tanabata festival is hung at the Osaka Sky Building.
